Data Deletion

1. Disconnect Luminask (Hosts)

Removing Luminask from your Threads account stops Luminask from accessing your Threads account, so it can no longer post or read your profile. To also delete the data already stored, send a request as described in section 2.

• In the Threads app, open Settings → Account → Website permissions
• Select Luminask and tap Remove

2. Request by email (Hosts and Guests)

Email support@luminask.app with the subject "Data deletion request". Hosts, please include your Threads username; Guests who signed in with email, please write from that address. After verifying your identity, we will delete your account and related data (Ask Links, received questions, answers, connection tokens, and email address) within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

3. What is not deleted

Records we must keep by law, such as payment history, are retained for the required period. Answers a Host has already posted to Threads or other platforms are posts on those platforms and must be deleted there.
